Marginal Utility Calculator
How it works:
Input Fields:
- The user will input the Total Utility Before consumption (TU1) and Total Utility After consumption (TU2).
- The user will also input the Quantity Before and Quantity After consumption.
Calculation:
- The formula for Marginal Utility is: Marginal Utility=Q2−Q1TU2−TU1 Where:
- TU1 is the Total Utility before.
- TU2 is the Total Utility after.
- Q1 is the quantity before consumption.
- Q2 is the quantity after consumption.
- The formula for Marginal Utility is: Marginal Utility=Q2−Q1TU2−TU1 Where:
Result Display:
- After clicking the “Calculate Marginal Utility” button, the result will be displayed below the button in the result area.
- The result will show the calculated Marginal Utility based on the input values.
Example Usage:
- Before Consumption (TU1 = 100, Quantity Before = 2)
- After Consumption (TU2 = 150, Quantity After = 3)
The marginal utility calculation will be:
Marginal Utility=3−2150−100=150=50
The result will be 50.
