How It Works

1. Add Costs/Benefits:
   • Dynamically add fields to input annual costs and benefits.
2. Input Discount Rate:
   • Enter the discount rate (%) for NPV and BCR calculations.
3. Key Metrics:
   • NPV: Present value of benefits minus costs.
   • BCR: Ratio of total benefits to total costs.
   • Payback Period: Time required to recover initial investment.
4. View Results:
   • Results are displayed in a designated area below the “Calculate” button.
